The full privacy policy is being finalised by counsel ahead of launch. This page will be replaced with the binding text before the marketing site moves off staging.

In short: Aviana ships with no third-party analytics SDKs, no ads, and no cross-site trackers. We collect only the technical telemetry needed to keep the app working — error reports, anonymous usage counts, and audio-decode errors so we can fix playback issues. None of it is sold.
