Type a prompt — one or two sentences — and Aviana generates a 60-to-120-second sleep affirmation in a voice you choose. Roughly fifteen seconds end-to-end. First two affirmations free per device; your prompt is never stored.

How it works

    Aviana writes

    Claude Haiku 4.5 (via AWS Bedrock) drafts a 150–300-word affirmation tuned to a sleep-narrative shape: grounding → reassurance → return-to-rest. A second pass writes a complementary half with a different sensory anchor for variety.

  3. 03

    Aviana speaks

    ElevenLabs Turbo v2.5 synthesises the text at a slow, sleep-tuned pace in the voice you picked. The two halves are stitched into a single seamless audio file.

    You listen

    The file plays back in the app, layerable under any sound, savable forever. It can also play on your watch if you connected one.

Privacy fine print

Will my prompt be stored?

No. The prompt lives only in memory.

When you tap Generate, the prompt is sent to AWS Bedrock and to ElevenLabs for synthesis. The Aviana server holds the prompt in memory for the duration of the request, hashes it as a cache key so re-asking the same prompt re-serves the same audio, and drops the plain text. The generated audio file is kept on our CDN — the prompt that produced it is not.

Pricing

Is the affirmation generator free?

The first two generations per device are free, forever.

Beyond two, we plan to roll generation into a future paid tier — pricing and timing aren't set. Re-playing an affirmation you already generated is always free; re-asking the exact same prompt is also free (it hits the cache and doesn't count against your two). Saved affirmations live on the CDN and play on demand without re-generating.
